It is a stupendous training program and best part is it is for 1 hour and they sequence the asanas, excersices so elegantly within this time span. I encourage all of you to take the session seriously and follow the diet which gets you best results. My back pain has reduced drastically after following this regime and averted myself from consuming painkillers.
